Find Your Polling Place

On Election Day, all polling places are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. As long as you are in line by 7:00 p.m. , you will be allowed to vote. For your vote to count, you need to be at the correct polling place.

Bring Your Photo ID

Virginia law now requires voters to show acceptable Photo ID to vote in person. Your acceptable Photo ID is the only thing you are required to show to vote in person. For a list of acceptable photo-IDs and information about obtaining a free photo ID through your local voter registration office (even on election day!), visit http://www.elections.virginia.gov/voter-outreach/photo-id.html.
